 ❓What is a “Blind Box”?

💬 A blind box is a sealed mystery package that keeps its contents secret until opened. In designer toy blind box series, all the possible figures are shown on the packaging, but you won’t know which one you get until you unbox it. Some figures in a series are rarer “chase” variants that collectors hunt for, adding to the excitement!

✅ Purchase Notes

1. Each blind box includes 1 random figure from a series of 6 unique designs, possibly including a rare secret/chase edition.

2. Blind boxes are factory-sealed and randomly packed. The figure style remains unknown before opening. Opened blind boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Buying multiple single boxes (not full case) may result in duplicates, and in full cases, a secret may replace a regular figure.

4. If you purchased a full case and received duplicates, please get in touch with us, and we'll try our best to find a solution for you (Certain brands like Bandai, Mighty Jaxx & Kenelephant are excluded)

5. Due to different measurement methods, the actual measurement may vary between a standard range of 1 to 3 cm (0.4-1.2 inches).

6. Actual product size, color, pattern may differ due to lighting, display screen, photography style, and other factors. Dimensions and pictures are provided for reference.
