Why is my order delayed?

Can I change my shipping address?
- You may update your address before the order ships. After a tracking number is issued, the address canβt be changed.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's shipped?
- Unfortunately, once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you still wish to return it after delivery, the items must remain sealed, and return shipping will be at your expense.

Can I choose local pick-up for my orders?
