    • How long until I receive my order?
      • Pre-order items have an expected shipping date. In-stock items ship within 2 business days, and delivery may vary by location, typically taking 3-7 days.
      • Why is my order delayed in shipping?
        • Peak periods, holidays, or unforeseen events may cause delays. Contact us for assistance. If it's lost, it'll be indicated in tracking.
        • Can I change my address before the order is shipped?
          • Yes, you can change the address if the package hasn't shipped yet. Please contact service@kouhighinc.com or service chat to move forward. 
          • Can I change my address if the order is shipped?
            • Please contact the carrier directly with a possible extra fee if the package is already en route.
            • Can I cancel my order after it's shipped?
              • Unfortunately, once the order is shipped, we can no longer change your order status.
            • I didn't receive the package despite tracking showing it was delivered.
              • Please contact the carrier for delivery information and file a claim if the package is lost.
            • Can I choose local pick-up for my orders?
              • Yes! You'll receive a ready-to-pickup notice via email within 24-48 hours from the time your order is placed.Once you receive your email, we can come and pick-up in store during business hours.
