    • All orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    • We process and ship in-stock items within 2 business days.
    • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your U.S. location.
  • Why is my order delayed?
    • Peak periods, holidays, or unforeseen events may cause delays.
    • If it’s lost, it will be shown in the tracking info. Contact us if you need help!
  • Can I change my shipping address?
    • You may update your address before the order ships. After a tracking number is issued, the address can’t be changed.

  • Can I cancel or modify my order after it's shipped?
    • Unfortunately, once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Can I choose local pick-up for my orders?
    • We’re currently not offering local store pick-up due to inventory and logistics limitations.

    • Once your package ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number.
    • You can track it via the link in the email or directly on the carrier’s website.
