- How long until I receive my order?
- In-stock items ship within 2 business days, and delivery may vary by location, typically taking 3-7 days.
- Why is my order delayed in shipping?
- Peak periods, holidays, or unforeseen events may cause delays. Contact us for assistance. If it's lost, it'll be indicated in tracking.
- Can I change my address before the order is shipped?
- Yes, you can change the address if the package hasn't shipped yet. No change of address after tracking number is provided.Β Please contact service@kouhighinc.com or service chat to move forward.Β
- Can I cancel my order after it's shipped?
- Unfortunately, once the order is shipped, we can no longer change your order status.
- Can I choose local pick-up for my orders?
- Yes! You'll receive a ready-to-pickup notice via email within 24-48 hours from the time your order is placed. Once you receive your email, we can come and pick-up in store during business hours.Β (Please have your name and order number or screenshot of the email ready at the register)Β
