Kouhigh Toys is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our team across three locations:

📍 Valley Fair Westfield (Santa Clara) Full-time & Part-time –starting mid to late September

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers with a warm, friendly attitude
• Help shoppers discover and explore collectibles they’ll love
• Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for blind boxes & art toys
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment
• Restock shelves and ensure products are properly tagged
• Follow daily task lists and manager updates in the store chat group
• Identify and correct inventory discrepancies in the tracking system
•  Handle sales transactions, returns & exchanges
• Answer phones or assist with customer service inquiries

Outgoing, dependable, and organized individuals—bonus points if you’re already a collector or have retail experience! Please note: this position requires at least a 5-month commitment.
