Open Box Policy

We now offer open-box figures for customers looking to complete their collections. These figures, designated by Kouhigh Toys, are limited to ONE per offer and are sold as final sale items.

Open-box figures are unboxed during our Popshop Live streams/Social Media Videos. They come with all original accessories and identity cards, fully intact. Returns and refunds are only accepted for identifiable damages.

Please record a video while unboxing your package to address potential disputes, as Kouhigh is not liable for damages during shipping or intentional impairments. A wrapping video will also be provided for your reference.
