We are now offering some open-box figures for our customers who need specific figures to complete their collections. However, the open box is designated by Kouhightoys. 

All open box items are limited to only ONE offer. 

Open box item is usually not available for return & refund unless identifiable damages exist.

All open-box items are final sale.  

The product is unboxed during our shop streaming @ popshoplive. The open-box figures we sell are 100% intact, along with in-box accessories and identity cards. 

Please make sure to take a video when unboxing your open box package to avoid potential disputes if the item is damaged.

We'll send you a wrapping video on our side as well.

Kouhigh will not be responsible for damages that happened during transportation or contrived impairments.
