1. Where does my order ship from?

Your order is shipped from Los Angeles.

2. How long will I receive my order?

For pre-order items, we will give an expected shipping date.

For in stocks items, it will be shipped within 2 business days after you place your order.

The delivery time depends on your location. It normally takes 3-7 days.

3. Why is my order delayed in shipping?

During the order peak period or holidays, or force majeure natural disasters and other factors may cause your order to be delayed, please contact us, and we will check the reasons for that. 

If it shows, my package is lost by the shipping company.

If the shipping company loses your package, it will be shown on the tracking information. 

4. Can I change my address before the order is shipped?

Yes. If the package is not shipped, you can contact us, we will help you during the business day. But if the package is shipped, the address cannot be changed.

5. Can I change my address if the order is shipped?

You can contact the shipping company directly to change your address, and an extra fee may be applied. If the package cannot be delivered due to the wrong address which you provided, you have to contact the shipping company to change your address by yourself.

6. Can I cancel my order after the order is shipped?

Unfortunately, the order cannot be canceled if it is shipped.

7. I didn't receive the package, but the tracking information shows it was delivered.
