Salary: $48,693 per year

Reports to: Meiyu Zhang, Supply Chain Manager

Job Description:

Kouhigh Inc. is looking for a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to help promote Asian toy brands to U.S. consumers. This role involves conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and managing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales. The Marketing Specialist will also assist in organizing promotional events, managing customer relationships, and monitoring campaign performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research on toy industry trends, with a focus on Asian toy brands and U.S. consumer preferences.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to communicate the uniqueness and cultural richness of Asian toys to the U.S. market.
• Produce engaging content for social media platforms, blog articles, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Grow the brand's social media presence across various platforms, creating campaigns that drive consumer interest and sales.
• Organize promotional events, such as toy fairs and pop-up stores, to introduce products to consumers and gather feedback.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, providing insights into Asian toy culture.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on engagement, sales, and ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Film and Television and Communication, or Film and Television
